2. The product
Minipa Link helps teams document field work (projects, work orders, media, forms, reports, and related collaboration features). Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities may require a paid subscription or team plan.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- If you use Minipa Link on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- reverse engineer or scrape the service except where permitted by law;
- use the product to violate safety, privacy, or professional regulations that apply to your work.
You remain responsible for the professional quality and legal compliance of reports and records you generate.
5. Content and license
You (or your team) retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve Minipa Link and as described in our Privacy policy.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, trials, and billing (including through Stripe) are subject to the pricing and terms shown at purchase. Prices are subject to change. We may update plan pricing from time to time; changes apply to new purchases immediately and to renewals after reasonable notice, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
7. Intellectual property
Minipa Link software, branding, and documentation are owned by Elecore or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. Minipa brand marks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
Minipa Link is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elecore and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Minipa Link is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, BRL 100).
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Electronic signatures
Minipa Link may let you adopt an electronic signature on documents such as quotes and reports (for example by typing your name in a script style or drawing on a signature pad). By using that feature you agree that:
- you intend the electronic signature to authenticate you and to indicate agreement to the document content at the time of signing;
- your typed or drawn mark, printed name, account identity, and timestamp may be stored with the document and shown in exports (including PDF);
- you may optionally save a signature on your account for reuse; you can replace it later;
- electronic signatures in Minipa Link are a product feature for team workflows and do not, by themselves, constitute a qualified digital certificate (for example ICP-Brasil) or any government-certified signing method;
- you remain responsible for whether an electronic signature is sufficient for your professional, contractual, or regulatory purpose.
First-time use of signing in the product may require an explicit acceptance of this section. We may ask you to accept again if we update this section in a material way.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is published at /terms with an update date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts in the venue of our principal place of business have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
