You can reset your password yourself without waiting on an admin — from the mobile app or the web.
The reset link expires after a short time for security. Request a new one if it stops working.
Still can't get in? See Install the app and sign in.
On the web

Open Forgot password? from sign-in (or go to /forgot-password) and enter the Email tied to your account.

Select Send reset link. Open the email we send, set a New password, and select Update password.
In the app

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?

On Reset password, enter your Email and tap Send reset Link.
