Organize work with tags

Tags are shared labels your team can add to group and filter work. Minipa Link keeps two separate tag banks so media labels do not mix with project, work order, or checklist tags.
New tags are created when you add them — there is no separate settings page, and tags do not have colors. Select × on a chip to remove it from that item only; the tag stays available for other records.
On the web
In the sidebar, open Projects (or a Work order / Checklist). Entity tags live on those records — not on assets, measurements, or reports.
Open a project, work order, or checklist. In Tags, type a name and pick a team tag — or select Add "…" to create one. These are entity tags (projects, work orders, checklists). They are not media tags.
On Projects, Work orders, or Checklists, add a Tag filter and pick an entity tag. Enable the Tags column under Column preferences to see them in the grid.
In the sidebar, open Media. Media uses its own tag bank — names you create here do not appear on projects, work orders, or checklists.
Open Media or an item's gallery, open a file, then Details. In Tags, type or pick from the media tag bank. Names here do not appear in project, work order, or checklist filters.
In the Media library, open Tag and select one or more media tags. The grid shows files that have any of the selected tags.
In the app
Open a project or work order and tap Tags. On mobile, entity tags apply to projects and work orders only — not checklists.
Type a name or pick a suggested team tag. Tap × on a chip to remove it from that item only. This is the entity bank — not media tags.
Open a photo or video in the gallery viewer. Edit media tags from the details / tags controls. That bank is separate from project and work order tags.
Type a name or pick a team media tag. Changes sync with the web media bank.
Who can edit entity tags
- Projects: any team member.
- Work orders: the creator, owner, assignee, or a team owner/admin.
- Checklists: team owners and admins.
Entity tags apply to projects, work orders, and team checklists. They are not available on assets, measurements, or reports.
On the mobile app (entity tags)
On mobile, entity tags apply to projects and work orders only — not checklists.
Media tags (separate bank)
Media uses its own tag bank. Names you create for photos or videos do not appear in project, work order, or checklist filters, and the other way around. Tag filters match media with any of the selected tags.
