Organize with AI

Organize with AI helps you turn field notes or a transcript into a draft plan of work orders, tasks, asset links, and checklist assignments for a project.
It is separate from tags (labels for filtering) and from Linky flat task proposals (approve one or more simple tasks in chat). It is mobile only — there is no Organize with AI control on the web. Linky may offer an Organize with AI chip; that opens this same flow, not a different planner.
In the app
Open a project and tap the Organize tab. There is no Organize with AI control on the web.
Tap Organize with AI. If your team does not have the feature enabled, this button is hidden.
Review what is already linked, then tap Start voice to dictate notes.
Or tap Type instead to paste a transcript.
On Confirm plan, uncheck anything you do not want, then tap Create.
Where to open it
Open a project on mobile, go to the Organize tab, then tap Organize with AI. If your team does not have the feature enabled, that button is hidden.
How it works
- Review what is already linked (photos, measurements, tasks).
- Tap Start voice to dictate notes, or Type instead to paste a transcript.
- AI drafts work orders, tasks, and links for this project.
- On Confirm plan, uncheck anything you do not want, then tap Create. You can leave — the app asks Leave Organize with AI? if a run is in progress.
You need an internet connection. If the team cannot use the feature, the app says it is not available yet.
When to use it
- Nested or mixed plans (work orders plus tasks, assets, records, checklists).
- Planning from spoken or typed notes / transcripts.
- Bulk structuring beyond a few flat tasks.
