Record a measurement from a Minipa instrument

If you have a Bluetooth Minipa instrument, you can send readings straight into a measurement instead of writing them down.

Connect an instrument

1. In the app, open the Link tab.
2. Tap Scan and select your Minipa device to connect.
3. If you can't connect, use Manual entry to type a reading, or open the connection help.

Take a reading

1. Once connected, the Measurement screen shows the live value from the instrument.
2. Optionally turn on comparison to check the reading against a limit and see a PASS or FAIL.
3. Tap Capture measurement to save the current reading, or start recording to capture continuously.

Saving creates a measurement that opens automatically.

Link the measurement to a job

From the measurement, link it to a project, work order, or asset so the reading shows up in the right history. If you started from an asset or work order, it links automatically.
