Bring over your work style

Updated September 9, 2026

Work style is the once-off bulk import after onboarding: add up to 10 files, classify each (checklist / report / quote), optionally add notes for Linky, then submit. When each import is Ready, Accept or Discard.

For detailed or iterative edits later, use Ask Linky in the checklist builder (and Document Studio where available) — not Work style.

Ask Linky on the web

1

In the sidebar, open Checklists.

2

Select Create, or open a draft to edit.

3

In the builder toolbar, select the Linky avatar (Ask Linky) — not the floating Help bubble.

4

Select Attach file — up to 3 images, PDFs, or CSVs per message — to recreate questions from a paper list or PDF on this draft.

5

Or paste a checklist or report into the composer and ask Linky to turn it into questions on this draft.

6

Select Send. Linky adds questions on the open draft. Removals ask Approve or Reject.

7

Review the list, then select Save draft or Publish. Linky does not publish for you. This path does not create report or quote templates.

In the app

1

On Dashboard, tap the Linky head (Talk to Linky).

2

Tap + to attach a file, or paste a checklist or report into the composer. Then tap Send.

3

When Linky shows a checklist draft card, tap Publish checklist. The eye opens Preview checklist.

4

For a report template, tap Save template when the draft looks right. Create report and Save template stay in English in the app.

Work style on the web

1

In the sidebar, open Admin. Work style import is web-only. If you opened it from the app, finish here and go back to checklists.

2

Open Work style.

3

On Work style, add up to 10 files, choose a type for each (checklist / report / quote), optionally add notes, then Submit batch. When an import is Ready, Accept or Discard.

4

When status is Ready on Imports, select Accept to create the template, or Discard. Review shows the extracted structure below.

Tips

  • On the web, open AdminWork style. Files stay on your device until you submit the wizard. Each file uses one AI credit.
  • Optional notes on each file are hints only; Linky treats them as untrusted.
  • Ask Linky is the avatar in the checklist builder — not the floating Help bubble. Attach or paste onto an open draft. That path is not the Accept / Discard queue.
  • Work style is web-only. The app can open the page; you finish the batch on the web.
  • If the team is out of AI credits, submit stays blocked until the next period or a plan change. Document Studio needs a paid plan.
  • Linky does not publish for you. After Accept, review the draft, then Save draft or Publish.
