Talk to Linky

Linky answers questions about your team, projects, and open work in the Minipa Link app. The web Help bubble searches support articles — that is not project Linky.
In the app
On Dashboard, tap the Linky head on the right (Talk to Linky). When your team has Linky chat, it replaces the + button; the sparkle on the left is AI runthrough, not this chat. You can also open Linky from a project, work order, asset, record, or media item.
Ask something like What did the crew do last week?, then tap Send.
Tap History for past threads.
Tap New chat to start clean.
Linky may offer Create AI report. That button opens the AI report flow — it is not the chat itself.
On the web
Project Linky is in the app. On the web, Ask Linky is only the avatar in the checklist builder — the floating Help bubble is support search. See Build a checklist with Linky.
Where to open it
- Dashboard Linky head on the right (Talk to Linky). The sparkle on the left is AI runthrough, not this chat.
- A project, work order, asset, record, or media item — Ask Linky is scoped to that job.
History keeps past threads. New chat starts clean. Team Linky memories can steer answers.
What Linky can hand off
In chat, Linky may offer buttons such as Create AI report, Create AI quote, or Organize with AI. Those open those flows — they are not the same screen as the chat.
Linky can also draft checklists (Preview checklist / Publish checklist) or report blocks (Create report / Save template — those two stay in English in the app). Destructive edits (removals) ask you to Approve changes or Reject.
Web checklist only
Project Linky is in the app. Ask Linky on the web is only the avatar in the checklist builder. See Build a checklist with Linky. Reports with AI stay in the app — Create a report with AI. Nested work-order plans use Organize with AI on the project Organize tab, not this chat.
