Create your first project

In Minipa Link, a project is the container for a job site: its work orders, assets, photos, and reports all live inside it. You can create one on the web or in the mobile app.

On the web

1. In the sidebar, open Projects.

2. Select + Create.

3. Enter a Name, optionally assign a team member, add client info, or pick an address, then select Create.

In the mobile app

On the mobile Dashboard, you can start in two ways: the + button, or the camera.

Create from +

1. On the Dashboard, tap +.

2. Tap Create project.

3. Choose the location on the map, then tap Next (or skip for now).

4. Enter a name and the optional details, then tap Create.

Create from the camera

1. On the Dashboard, tap the camera button.

2. Capture a photo of the site, then tap Done when you finish.

3. Create or pick a project for those photos, then finish the same location and details steps as above.

That's it. You can now add work orders and assets, and keep capturing photos inside the project.

Tips

• Use a clear naming pattern (client + site) so projects are easy to find.
• You can edit the client and address at any time from the project detail page.
