Create your first project

In Minipa Link, a project is the container for a job site: its work orders, assets, photos, and reports all live inside it. You can create one on the web or in the mobile app.
On the web
In the sidebar, open Projects.
Select + Create.
Enter a Name. You can assign an owner, add client info, or pick a site address. Planning and details stay collapsed until you need them. Then select Create.

On the Dashboard, tap +.
Tap Create project.
Drop a pin on the map, then tap Next. You can Skip for now if you do not have a site yet.
Enter a Name. The location you picked is on the card. Client is optional; the owner is pre-filled.
Tap Create. More details (status, dates, notes) can wait.
In the app — from the camera
On the Dashboard, tap the camera button.
The app asks you to choose a project first. If you have none, tap Create new project and finish the same location and details steps as above.
Capture photos of the site. Tap Done when you finish. The shots land in that project.
Tips
- Use a clear naming pattern (client + site) so projects are easy to find.
- You can edit the client and address at any time from the project detail page.
