Set your default report cover

You can set a default cover image that appears as the first page of simple service report PDFs.

Set the default report cover

1. In the sidebar, open Team, then choose General.
2. Find the Default report cover section.
3. Select Upload cover image and choose an image, or Replace cover image to change it.
4. To go back to no cover, select Remove cover.

When a technician generates a simple service report and chooses Team default, this image is used as the cover.

Only team owners and admins can change the default report cover. Everyone on the team can see it.

The report's Company name and Company address are entered while creating the report, not here.
