Check your storage usage

On this page
Your plan includes cloud storage for photos, videos, and report files.
On the web
In the sidebar, open Team.
On the team hub, open Media storage.
The page shows total media size against your plan's cap, with a progress bar.
By linked entity breaks usage down by Measurement, Report, Asset, Project, Work order, Report cover (team default), Company logo, or Other — with file count and size.
In the app
Open the account menu (avatar), then tap Team.
Tap Plan.
See used storage against the plan cap, then By linked entity — Measurement, Report, Asset, Project, Work order, Report cover (team default), Company logo, and Other.
When storage is full
If your team hits its limit, uploads and report PDFs are blocked until you free space or upgrade. Delete media you no longer need, or update your plan.
